Ingredients

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast. CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Garlic, Green Bell Pepper), Dried Vinegar, Demerara Sugar, Salt, Spices (including cilantro), Natural Flavors, Lime Oil.

Product Handling

Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Cook thoroughly.

Cooking And Prep

• BAKE: Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil (spray with a nonstick cooking spray if using foil). Place chicken breasts on tray and cook for 25-30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 170ºF or above. Let product rest for 2 minutes before serving. • GRILL: Preheat grill on High. Place chicken breast on grill, and sear for 2 minutes. Flip breast and sear for another 2 minutes. Turn grill down to Medium; continue to cook for another 15 minutes; turning occasionally to avoid burning. Cook until product reaches an internal temp. of 170ºF or above. Let product rest for 2 minutes before serving.
