Cooking And Prep
CONVENTIONAL OVEN (PREFERRED): 1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. 2. Place frozen nuggets in single layer on baking sheet. 3. Bake on middle oven rack for 11-13 minutes, or until heated through. Internal temperature should reach 150º-160ºF. 4. Turn nuggets halfway through heating time.
MICROWAVE: 1. Place frozen nuggets in single layer on microwave safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on HIGH for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, turning halfway through heating time. 3. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
