We're committed to our communities

We care about our neighbors

Our associates live in the communities where they work, and we care about them, their families and their neighbors. We support our communities through company contributions and through the volunteer efforts of our associates.

Many of our facilities lead their communities in fundraising for such agencies as the United Way, March of Dimes and the American Cancer Society Relay for Life. We also support local education programs and volunteer fire and rescue teams in our communities.

Fighting Hunger

We believe that in a country as rich in resources as ours, no one should have to go hungry. That's why we partner with Feeding America (formerly known as America's Second Harvest) in their efforts to end hunger. Feeding America honored Perdue as a New Donor of the Year and, as a Protein Donor of the Year. We have pledged a minimum annual donation of five million servings to America's Second Harvest for distribution to community food banks and pantries.
